Isabelle started her TRE journey in 2017, becoming a TRE provider in 2019 and a global certifying trainer in 2025. She trained directly with David Berceli, Michelle Beck and Donna Philipps.
She is also a Mindfulness Teacher trained by Nick Cole, founder of the UK College of mindful meditation in 2024.
She also holds multiple coaching certifications and has over 12 years of coaching experience across South East Asia, India, Singapore, Japan, UK, USA , Russia, Western and Central Europe.
Her coaching approaches include somatic coaching and somatic bodywork (trained by Richard Strozzi from the Strozzi Institute), Neuroscience/Brain based coaching and Positive Intelligence.
In addition, Isabelle worked for 25 years as a Senior Corporate HR Business partner, Leadership & Talent
Management & Development.
Isabelle is a French national, speaks and works in French, English, Spanish and can converse in Japanese and German.
She has lived in 10 countries, including 10 years in Singapore and is now Japanese Permanent Resident, living with her husband and cats in
Keihoku, north of Kyoto.
