ICF-accredited TRE™ Module 1, online in collaboration with TRE Scotland. 2.5 training days in UK time, led by Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer Isabelle Claus Teixeira with Vicki Cook of TRE Scotland, in a small group of up to 15 participants, in English.
This is ICF-accredited TRE™ Module 1 — the only TRE™ training anywhere in the world that carries ICF CCEUs (21 CCEUs: 16 Resource Development + 5 Core Competencies), issued on attendance and completion of the full 2.5 days.
TRE™ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) was developed by Dr. David Berceli and activates the body's natural neurogenic tremoring mechanism — a reflex that releases stored stress and trauma, builds resilience and promotes deep regulation.
Module 1 qualifies you to use TRE™ for personal practice. With Modules 2 and 3 you become a Certified Global TRE™ Provider. The group is limited to 15 participants and led by a Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer with an assisting provider.

Programme
- Day 1 · Fri 18 Jun 2:00–5:00 PM UK time · online — Self-Care & Presence for Coaches — An introductory afternoon on nervous system regulation and self-induced therapeutic tremoring, with TRE™ as a personal resilience and self-care practice.
- Day 2 · Sat 19 Jun 9:30 AM–6:00 PM UK time · online — TRE™ Module 1 — Part 1 — The neuroscience of neurogenic tremoring, the TRE™ exercise sequence, somatic awareness, containment and grounding. Guided full TRE™ sessions with direct feedback from the trainers.
- Day 3 · Sun 20 Jun 9:30 AM–6:00 PM UK time · online — TRE™ Module 1 — Part 2 & Completion — Deepen the practice, integrate the learning and complete Module 1, with Q&A, personal practice time and guidance toward Modules 2 and 3.
