ICF-accredited TRE™ Module 1 in Lisboa, Portugal, counting as Module 1 of the Global TRE™ Provider Certification. Led by Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer Isabelle Claus Teixeira, assisted by Saymara Ryon, in English, limited to 25 places.
This ICF-accredited TRE™ Module 1 belongs to the only TRE™ training in the world that carries ICF CCEUs (21 CCEUs: 16 Resource Development + 5 Core Competencies).
The ICF-accredited Module 1 includes an additional 4 hours, “Self-Care & Presence for Coaches” (Day 3, 30 May, 14:00–18:00), that is mandatory to attend if you want to get the 21 CCEs. Not interested in the ICF CCEs? Attend 28 May (all day), 29 May (all day) and 30 May (morning).
TRE™ was developed by Dr. David Berceli and activates the body’s natural neurogenic tremoring mechanism — a reflex that releases stored stress and trauma, builds resilience and promotes deep regulation.
Module 1 qualifies you to use TRE™ in your own personal practice. Add Modules 2 and 3 and you become a Certified Global TRE™ Provider. Module 1 can be booked on its own, and Modules 1, 2 and 3 also run in Lisboa from May to October 2027 (see the TRE™ Certification — Lisboa 2027).

Programme
- Day 1 · Fri 28 May 10:00–18:00 Lisbon time — TRE™ Module 1 — Day 1 — The neuroscience of neurogenic tremoring, the TRE™ exercise sequence, somatic awareness, containment and grounding.
- Day 2 · Sat 29 May 10:00–18:00 Lisbon time — TRE™ Module 1 — Day 2 — 4 guided full TRE™ sessions across the module, with Q&A and personal practice time.
- Day 3 · Sun 30 May 10:00–13:00 Lisbon time — TRE™ Module 1 — Day 3 — Deepen your practice, integrate the learning and complete Module 1, with guidance toward Modules 2 and 3. Module 1 ends at 13:00 on 30 May.
- Day 3 · afternoon 14:00–18:00 Lisbon time — Self-Care & Presence for Coaches (additional 4 hours) — For coaches who want the ICF CCEs: TRE™ as a personal resilience and self-care practice. Additional 4 hours, mandatory to attend for the 21 ICF CCEs; the ICF CCEs certificate is issued on completion.
