An ICF-accredited Introduction to TRE™ for Coaches — a 3-hour in-person workshop in Singapore, in collaboration with Simba Stenqvist, led by two Global TRE™ Certifying Trainers. 3 ICF CCEs per workshop. Three dates in 2027, each the same workshop.
This is an ICF-accredited Introduction to TRE™ for Coaches — a 3-hour workshop. Each workshop carries 3 ICF CCEs (1.5 Resource Development + 1.5 Core Competencies). Please note this in-person workshop does not include TRE™ personal sessions.
TRE™ (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises), developed by Dr. David Berceli, activates the body’s natural neurogenic tremoring mechanism — a reflex that releases stored stress and trauma, builds resilience and promotes deep regulation.
In this workshop you will explore how to use TRE™ within your coaching practice — as a self-care, so you embody presence and body-led listening skills as a coach.
You can then continue your training with TRE™ Module 1 (21 ICF CCEs) and Modules 2 and 3 (see the 2027 certification) to become a Certified Global TRE™ Provider — accredited to offer TRE™ to individuals and groups.
