The 3 September 2026 online session of From Shaking to Shaping — a half-day intensive on using TRE™ in a coaching context. This session was fully booked and has now taken place; the in-person Bucharest sessions (20 & 24 October 2026) are still open.
TRE™ (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises) activates the body's natural tremoring response — a neurogenic mechanism that discharges accumulated stress, tension and trauma from the nervous system.
In this workshop you explore how to use TRE™ within your coaching practice — not just as a self-care tool, but as a somatic method that helps clients move from a state of activation to regulated presence.
