Before you write
I want to try TRE™. What is the first step?
Book a free discovery call or pick a certified provider from the directory. Most people start with a 60–90 minute individual session or an introductory group session, then continue with three to four sessions to establish a safe self-practice.
I'm a certified provider. How do I get listed?
Choose "Being listed in the provider directory" in the form and include your certification status, Certifying Trainer, bio, areas served, languages and contact details. Listing is free; profiles go live within a week. See what to send.
Can you run a session for my company?
Yes — lunch-and-learns, half-day workshops, offsite modules and multi-week programmes, in person in Singapore or online. Choose "A corporate wellbeing programme" and tell us your team size and dates.
Which time zone do you work in?
Events are scheduled in Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8). Isabelle is based between Singapore and Japan (JST, UTC+9), so replies typically arrive during Asian business hours.

Our registered office is in Singapore Land Tower at Raffles Place, served by Raffles Place MRT on the East–West and North–South lines. In-person sessions and workshops are held at partner venues in central Singapore — the exact venue and directions are included in every booking confirmation.
